Jack - O' - Lantern
00:00 / 00:43
I’m Jack, as in Jack-o'-Lantern, and welcome to my spooky patch on the course! You’ll notice a delightful assortment of pumpkins scattered across the putting green.
While pumpkins have long symbolized the harvest, their role in Halloween is even more enchanting. The tradition of carving Jack-o'-lanterns began with old Irish folklore, where people carved turnips to ward off evil spirits. When Irish immigrants came to America, they found pumpkins were perfect for the task, and the Jack-o'-lantern was born.
On this hole, your task is to navigate your putts around the pumpkins, you may not move them.
After completing the hole, add all of the golfers’ scores together for a team score.
Pumpkins on the Green
If you do not have pumpkins, you can place cones
or any type of obstacle on the green.
