I’m Nobel, the Scarecrow. As my name suggests, I’m outstanding in my field, and I’ve been standing guard in this cornfield for ages! My earliest ancestors guarded crops for the Egyptians along the Nile. While most of us were made from straw, in Ancient Greece, some of my forebears were crafted as stone statues.
Historically, scarecrows like me have been used for centuries to keep birds away from crops, and we’ve been a symbol of rural wisdom and protection. Over the years, the crows have taken quite a liking to me, and they’ve even helped themselves to my right arm!
When this happens, well I am just out of luck, until the farmer comes and stuffs me with more hay!
On this hole, embrace your inner scarecrow and putt with only one arm—just like me! It’s a challenge that’ll add some fun to your game.
So, put your best one-armed putt forward and let’s see if you can outwit the crows and conquer this challenge.
